To Be Eligible, You Must:
Live in or own a single-family home or a 2-to-4 family home, and have one of the following:
- Con Edison gas for heating
- Con Edison electricity for heating
- Delivered fuel (like oil or propane) for heating and Con Edison electricity for cooling.
Please note that new constructions and gut renovations are not eligible for incentives.

Incentives
Con Edison will cover up to 50% of the cost of installing eligible Weather Ready upgrades with the following incentives. The maximum incentive available is dependent on the customer’s heating system. Funding is limited and will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.
