Become a Participating Contractor
As a participating contractor, you can participate in both the Small Business & Nonprofit Program, and Small Business & Nonprofit Neighborhood Program.
How to apply:
1. Review the following materials to learn about current incentive rates and project requirements:

- Service Adequacy Request Guide (PDF)
2. Email your Participating Contractor Agreement (page 1 of the Program Manual) and Participating Contractor Application (PDF).
a. Make sure to attach a current signed IRS W-9 form and a Certificate of Insurance (minimum coverage of $1M general liability insurance).
3. Attend a Participating Contractor Orientation.
