Current Incentive Caps

Please note that your eligibility tier provides the maximum incentive amount; your actual incentive will be determined in the Program Agreement (PA) stage, after you have received your energy service ruling. The incentive amount will vary depending on the maximum incentive eligibility level, total site costs, program budgets, and the general competitiveness of the project when compared to other projects.

*Speed Bonus: If installing a L2 project, your project needs to complete a successful work verification within 4 months of signing the Program Agreement. If installing a DCFC/Mixed plug project, your project needs to be ruled “Service Adequate” and must complete work verification within 6 months of signing the Program Agreement. Cannot be combined with Interconnection bonus.
**Load Management Bonus: Participants must install Hardware Load Management equipment (e.g., disconnect switches, relays, rectifiers, circuit breakers, power cabinets) to qualify for the bonus. DCFC plugs must maintain a minimum output of 50 kW after load reduction. This bonus may be paired with Speed Bonus if service adequate.
***Interconnection Bonus: Service Inadequate/ Public 10+. Must have significant interconnection costs such as new service or block house. Cannot be combined with any other bonus.

Waitlist Status
Waitlist Status L2 Disadvantaged Community (DAC) waitlist	We are currently working through the waitlist of active projects that applied for the “up to 100%” incentive tier. We are currently not accepting any additional projects for this waitlist.
Waitlist Status L2 General Program Timed Release	We are currently committing projects up to our regulatory target (approximately 21,000 L2 plugs). We are currently accepting new projects and applications will proceed off the standby list on a monthly basis.
