Before You Begin

Each application can only be associated with a single utility billing account. Applicants with EV chargers on multiple meters must submit separate applications for each billing account.

ALL FIELDS ARE REQUIRED, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.

Are you the Con Edison account holder at this site?

If you are not the Con Edison account holder at this site, please upload a letter of authorization (in the Supporting Documents section below) signed by the Con Edison account holder authorizing a third party to apply on their behalf. The LOA must be dated, signed and include the following information:

 

  • • Con Edison Account Number
  • • Con Edison Account Holder Company
  • • Con Edison Account Holder Name and Title within the Organization
  • • Authorized Third Party Company Name

Please indicate the number of Level 2 and/or DCFC chargers at the site, and the nameplate capacity per charger. Enter 0 if not applicable.  Additionally, please submit specification sheets (in the Supporting Documents section below) for the chargers listed.

Are the chargers on a dedicated meter?

If no, please indicate the total site load (kW).

Maximum potential connected load for the site, including both the Total Site EV Charger Load from above, as well as Non-EV Load (including lighting, HVAC, elevators, etc.)

If the chargers are not on a dedicated meter, please submit a load sheet, below in the Supporting Documents section, identifying all existing loads associated with the site.
